The factory has 16 central lathes, 15 Digital Control Lathes, 6 cnc, 13 wire cutting machines, 2 Milling gantry, 1 boring machine, 1 CNC cutting center (high-speed vertical lathe), 3 deep hole drills, and other supporting testing equipment such as spectrometers, hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and coordinate measuring machines! Wuxi Hengli Hydraulic mainly processes and produces hydraulic cylinder accessories, while designing and producing complete sets of hydraulic cylinders! The factory has hydraulic testing benches, single slot cylinder cleaning machines, CNC lathes, vertical CNC, imported Japanese welding machines and welding robots, fixed beam gantry machining centers, narrow seam welding machines, vertical honing machines, precision inner hole horizontal honing machines, polishing machines, shot blasting cleaning machines, external grinding machines, straightening machines, etc. Our manufacturing units have been developing in the field of self-produced products for over 15 years.
